It was 1989 when the Vermeulen family got a taste for it. The desire for an apple juice that was made purely from fruit grew stronger and stronger. So the Vermeulen family decided to turn their passion into action. In 1993, they started, with fruit from their own orchard, as the first in the Flevopolder to produce a naturally cloudy fruit juice: Flevosap. In the meantime, the second generation of Vermeulen is in charge and, together with a team of passionate employees, they continue to develop 100% pure fruit juice without concessions every day, and you can taste it.
Product origin
With years of experience, Flevosap knows exactly where the best fruit comes from! Some of it comes from carefully selected orchards in Flevoland, on a hint of salty soil of the former Zuiderzee. They supplement this fruit with fruit from other collaborating growers outside Flevoland (and for the fruits orange, pineapple, ginger, pomegranate and peach outside the Netherlands). In this way, they safeguard the taste of 100% pure fruit from fruit to Flevosap.
Sustainability
By choosing Flevosap, you not only enjoy 100% pure fruit yourself, many cows also enjoy it. Because when they say at Flevosap that they use the whole fruit, they mean the whole fruit. Including the pulp. After the fruits have been completely squeezed, the remaining pulp is collected and used as cattle feed for the cows. And they love it. So twice as sustainable.
