We use the linking of our data to the blockchain to bring as much transparency as possible to the food system by using the power of the blockchain.
How is the data generated?
We ensure a transparent food chain, know where our ingredients come from and work with suppliers and farmers who strive for this transparency. In this way we can communicate the power of data via our own food chain to our clients and employees on location.
What is the purpose of the Hutten Food chain?
With the Hutten food chain we want to be the first caterer to contribute to a transparent food service chain. By analyzing the journey of our ingredients, we are continuously challenged to reduce our food print and work with the right suppliers and farmers who stand next to us in this mission.
How is this tool translated to our Business Catering locations?
By measuring the impact of our products and ingredients, we can also analyze the food print of our dishes at our business locations. What is the journey from farm to table? We would also like to share this knowledge with our guests, and we do this by means of a QR code with the dishes and products in our company restaurants.

At the Hutten Culinary Centre in Veghel we are busy 24/7. We make the tastiest products with the best ingredients.
With our 1400 m2 kitchen, unique in the Netherlands, we provide traditional mise-en-place for all our restaurants and events. This kitchen is the beating heart of our company, where our chefs work together day and night to achieve the tastiest results. In the culinary centre you will also find our care bakery and a stone's throw away is our Waste Factory.
